Garhi - Padhawali is situated in the District Morena, 40 kms from Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. Garhi and Padhawali temples were built by Kachhwaha kings during 10-11 Century AD. Beautiful decorated plates and panels presenting the events mentioned in Hindu Purans and Sanatan Religious texts. The life events and incarnations of Lord Vishnu and Lord Shiva have been sculpted on pillars, beams, walls, and roof.
